What's included in my stay?
RV sites include water, sewer, 30/50-amp electric hookups and “Bad Bass” WiFi. Electricity is billed separately for Monthly RV Sites. Guests also have access to the bathhouse, gated access with security cameras and on-site management.
Do monthly RV Sites require a long-term lease?
No. Big Bass offers flexible Monthly RV Sites with no long-term lease
required.
Is electricity included with Monthly RV Sites?
No. Electricity for Monthly RV Sites is billed separately. A $150 electric deposit is required at the time of reservation.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online or by contacting the Big Bass team at (903) 200-1536. We recommend reserving in advance, especially for weekends, holidays and fishing tournaments.
Can I request a specific site?
Yes. You may request a specific RV site when making your reservation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but specific site assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Can I keep my boat on my RV site?
Yes. You’re welcome to keep your boat and trailer at your RV site as long as everything fits comfortably within your site. Boats, trailers, vehicles, and other equipment must remain on the designated site or parking area and may not be parked on the grass.
Do you allow tiny homes?
Yes. Tiny homes are allowed, but they must be approved before being brought onto the property.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. Big Bass does not require a minimum stay. Guests can choose nightly, weekly or monthly stays based on their needs and availability.
Do all RV sites have full hookups?
Yes. All RV sites at Big Bass are full-hookup sites with water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric hookups.
