We’ve answered the questions we hear most often to make planning your stay at Lake Fork as easy as possible. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, our team is happy to help.

Reservations can be made online or by contacting the Big Bass team at (903) 200-1536. We recommend reserving in advance, especially for weekends, holidays and fishing tournaments.

Yes. RV sites can be reserved online through our secure reservation system. Select Reserve Your Site to view availability and book your stay.

Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Reservations canceled 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before arrival will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation, and early departures are non-refundable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation.

Yes. You may request a specific RV site when making your reservation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but specific site assignments cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Big Bass offers nightly, weekly and monthly RV stays, so you can plan anything from a quick Lake Fork getaway to a longer stay or full-time RV living.

Yes. All RV sites at Big Bass are full-hookup sites with water, sewer and 30/50-amp electric hookups.

Yes. Big Bass offers a weekly RV site rate of $100 per week. Contact us or reserve online to check availability.

Big Bass offers both pull-through and back-in RV sites. Pull-through sites can accommodate RVs up to 60 feet, while back-in sites can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet.

Yes. Elevated, fully screened fire pits are permitted at Big Bass. Open fires are not allowed. Charcoal and gas grills are also permitted.

Yes. Picnic tables are provided at all RV sites.

Yes. Big Bass offers Monthly RV Sites for guests who want a weekend home base at Lake Fork, an extended stay or a place to live full-time. No long-term lease is required.

No. Electricity for Monthly RV Sites is billed separately. A $250 electric deposit is required at the
time of reservation.

Yes. Monthly guests can leave their RV set up at Big Bass between visits, so it’s ready whenever they return to Lake Fork.

Monthly RV Sites are rented month-to-month with no long-term lease required.

Big Bass does not provide USPS mail service. Long-term guests may obtain a P.O. Box at the Yantis Post Office. Packages from carriers such as UPS and FedEx may be delivered to the park, but Big Bass is not responsible for packages delivered to the property.

Yes. Guests are welcome to personalize and decorate their site. Please keep your site clean and neat, and make sure all decorations and personal items can be easily removed when you leave.

No. Big Bass offers flexible monthly stays with no long-term lease required.

Yes. Big Bass welcomes full-time RVers and long-term guests. Monthly RV Sites offer the flexibility to make Big Bass your home base without a long-term lease.

Yes. Big Bass offers both enclosed and outdoor boat storage with convenient access to Lake Fork. Boat storage is available to RV park guests and non-guests.

Yes. Boat storage is available monthly. Enclosed boat storage is $150/month, and outdoor boat storage is $50/month.

Yes. You’re welcome to keep your boat and trailer at your RV site as long as everything fits comfortably within your site. Boats, trailers, vehicles, and other equipment must remain on the designated site or parking area and may not be parked on the grass.

It depends on the combined length of your RV, boat, and trailer. Our pull-through sites are approximately 60 feet long, while our back-in sites are approximately 45 feet long with an additional parking space. If you’re unsure whether your setup will fit, contact us before booking and we’ll help you choose the best site.

Yes. Boat storage at Big Bass is available to both RV park guests and non-guests. Enclosed and outdoor storage options are available.

Big Bass offers gated access and security cameras, providing added peace of mind and a convenient place to keep your boat between trips to Lake Fork.

Yes. Big Bass offers tent camping for guests looking for a simple, affordable way to enjoy Lake Fork and the East Texas outdoors. We allow two tents per site.

Yes. Big Bass welcomes overlanders looking for a convenient place to stop, recharge and enjoy the Lake Fork area.

Tent campers have access to the same park amenities as other Big Bass guests, including “Bad Bass” Wi-Fi, restrooms and bathhouse, the covered pavilion and other shared park amenities.

Absolutely. You can tent camp, overland or rent an RV through RVshare. Many RVshare owners offer delivery directly to campgrounds, so you can enjoy an RV stay without owning or towing one yourself.

Search RVshare for an RV that fits your dates and needs and select a rental that offers destination delivery. Delivery options, fees and setup vary by RV owner.

Yes. Select an RVshare rental that offers destination delivery and coordinate delivery and pickup with the RV owner and Big Bass. Delivery availability and fees vary by rental.

Yes. Big Bass is pet-friendly and welcomes guests traveling with their four-legged companions. Please follow the park’s Pet Policy during your stay.

Yes. Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixes, German Shepherds and Dobermans are restricted unless approved by the Park Manager. Other breeds may also be restricted. Please contact Big Bass before your stay to confirm that your pet is permitted.

Yes. Pets must be leashed and accompanied by their owner whenever they are outside the RV. Leashes may be no longer than six feet. Pets may not be left unattended outside the RV.

Yes. Big Bass has two pet waste stations located on the property. Guests are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of pet waste.

A dog park is planned for Big Bass but is not currently available.

Caney Point Recreation Area is just ¼ mile from Big Bass and offers convenient access to Lake Fork, including a public boat ramp.

Dollar General in Yantis is the closest option for basic groceries and essentials. For a larger grocery selection, Brookshire’s in Emory and Walmart in Quitman or Sulphur Springs are nearby options.

There are several bait and tackle shops around Lake Fork. Nearby options include GoFish Lures, Tackle Store & Cafe and Fisherman’s One Stop in Yantis. Our Area Guide includes additional nearby fishing resources.

Several restaurants are located in Yantis and around Lake Fork, including GoFish Cafe, Jhonny’s Lake House, The Yantis Cafe, Bass Capital Tavern and Neon Moon Restaurant & Social Club. Visit our Area Guide for dining recommendations and nearby attractions.

Most anglers fishing Lake Fork will need a valid Texas fishing license with the appropriate endorsement. License requirements and exemptions can vary, so check current Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations before fishing.

Big Bass guests interested in hunting can check with Hidden Lakes Hunting Resort, one of our local partners, for available hunting opportunities. Seasons, licenses and regulations vary by species, so hunters should also review current Texas Parks & Wildlife requirements.

Big Bass puts you just down the road from Lake Fork recreation. Sabine River Authority Caney Point Recreation Area is only ¼ mile from the park, and W.C. Swearingen Recreation Area is only ½ mile away.
