Dear Guest,

Welcome to Big Bass RV & Storage! We are delighted to have you as our guest and want to ensure that your stay with us is both enjoyable and safe. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions:
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. If you need to make alternate arrangements, please contact the front desk.

1. Reservations: All reservations must be made in advance and require a deposit to confirm your reservation for long-term stays. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit.

2. Campsites: All guests are required to park in designated parking spots only. No tents or vehicles are permitted on the grass.

3. RV Units: RVs must be fully contained and self-sufficient. No tent camping, sleeping in cars, or pop-up tents are allowed on the RV site. No electrical appliances, except for RV equipment, are allowed outside of the RV unit.

4. Amenities: Our resort amenities are for registered guests only. No outside guests are allowed to use the resort facilities without prior approval from management.

5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum.

6. Pet Policy: We welcome pets but require that they be leashed at all times and not left unattended. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly.

7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings and facilities, including the pool area.

8. Liability: Guests assume all risk and liability associated with their stay at our resort. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property, including theft or damage to RVs or vehicles parked on our property.
